EXTRACTION
HOW WE EXTRACT.
We use dual-extraction methods (water + alcohol) where applicable to preserve both water-soluble polysaccharides (like beta-glucans) and alcohol-soluble triterpenes. Single-extraction misses half of what mushrooms actually offer.
For Cordyceps Sinensis, we use the mycelium form — which is what the majority of clinical research has actually used. For Lion's Mane, Reishi, and Shiitake, we use the fruiting body — which is where the studied compounds are most concentrated.
Our coffee beans are sourced from Brazil and Mexico — specifically Bourbon, Typica, Catuaí, Catucaí, and Mundo Novo varietals. Medium roast, low acidity, ground for any standard brewing method.
