Shipping policy
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
We do not currently ship internationally.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are queued for the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Free standard shipping applies to all U.S. orders with no minimum required.
Example total timeline:
- Standard: up to 9 business days (5 processing + 4 transit)
- Express: up to 8 business days (5 processing + 3 transit)
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders ship automatically on your selected cadence (every 30). You'll receive a reminder email 5 days before each renewal.
You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no phone calls, no hassle.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information is sent to your email once your order ships. You can also view tracking in your MYKO account.
If you don't receive tracking within 6 business days of ordering, email us at support@mykoscience.com.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Package shows delivered but hasn't arrived: Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages before final delivery. If it still hasn't arrived, email us and we'll investigate.
Damaged package: Email support@mykoscience.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement.
Wrong item received: Email us within 7 days. We'll ship the correct product immediately at no cost.
Incorrect shipping address: Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order is processed, we cannot modify the address.
