Every MYKO order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you're not satisfied — for any reason — within 30 days of delivery, we'll refund you in full.

No returns required. No fine print. No questions asked.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

  1. Email support@mykoscience.com with your order number
  2. Tell us briefly what happened (optional but helpful)
  3. We'll process your refund within 3 business days
  4. The refund appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

You keep the product. We send the refund.


WHAT'S ELIGIBLE

✅ Any first purchase within 30 days of delivery
✅ First subscription order within 30 days of delivery
✅ Damaged or defective products (anytime)

SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

Your first subscription order is covered by the 30-day guarantee.

For subsequent subscription orders: if you forgot to skip and were charged for an order you didn't intend to receive, email us within 5 days of the charge and we'll make it right.

Cancelling a subscription and requesting a refund are separate actions — cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.


EXCHANGES

Want a different product instead of a refund? Email us within 30 days of delivery. We'll swap it and cover all shipping costs.
