OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myko.com and any purchase you make from MYKO, operated by MYKO ("MYKO," "we," "us").

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our site.

1. ELIGIBILITY

By using MYKO, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement
  • The information you provide (name, address, payment) is accurate

2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS

Product information: We do our best to display accurate product details, images, and ingredient information. Actual product packaging may vary slightly from photos shown online.

Placing an order: When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We may decline any order for reasons including out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we decline your order, we'll issue a full refund.

Pricing: All prices are in USD and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Payment: Payment is charged at checkout. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We don't store your card number — payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and Stripe.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS

The MYKO Protocol is our subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize us to:

  • Ship your selected products on your chosen cadence (every 30)
  • Automatically charge your payment method on file before each shipment

Before each renewal, we'll email you at least 5 days in advance with the products, amount, and payment method.

You can cancel, skip, pause, or modify your subscription anytime from your account at account.mykoscience.com — no phone calls required. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to take effect.

If a payment fails, we'll retry twice before pausing (not cancelling) your subscription.

We comply with the FTC Negative Option Rule and applicable state subscription laws.

5. IMPORTANT PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

MYKO products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Consult your healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

Individual results vary. Product reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee the same results for everyone.

6. YOUR ACCOUNT

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mykoscience.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose
  • Place fraudulent orders
  • Post false reviews or misleading content
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our site or systems
  • Resell MYKO products without written permission

We reserve the right to cancel orders and close accounts that violate these Terms.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on myko.com — including the MYKO name, logo, product names, copy, and images — is owned by MYKO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our brand assets without written permission.

9. USER CONTENT

If you submit a review, photo, or other content to MYKO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content in our marketing and on our site. You confirm that you own the content and it doesn't violate anyone's rights.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MYKO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF INCORPORATION]. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [STATE OF INCORPORATION].

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
