Cancellation policy
OVERVIEW
This policy explains how The MYKO Protocol (our subscription service) works, how billing and renewals operate, and — most importantly — how to cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time.
We believe cancellation should be as easy as signing up. No phone calls. No retention agents. No hidden steps.
HOW THE MYKO PROTOCOL WORKS
When you subscribe to any MYKO product:
- You choose a shipping frequency: every 30
- You receive 15% off the regular price, for as long as your subscription is active
- Your order ships automatically on that schedule
- Your saved payment method is charged automatically before each shipment
RENEWAL NOTICE
Before each automatic renewal, we'll send you an email at least 5 days in advance, including:
- The product(s) being shipped
- The amount that will be charged
- The payment method on file
- A direct link to manage, skip, or cancel your subscription
This gives you time to make changes before you're charged.
HOW TO CANCEL — ONE CLICK
You can cancel your subscription anytime, for any reason, directly from your account:
Steps:
- Go to account.mykoscience.com
- Click "Manage Subscriptions"
- Select the subscription you want to cancel
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- (Optional) Tell us why — this helps us improve, but it's not required
- Confirm cancellation
That's it. No phone calls, no chat agents, no "are you sure?" loops designed to make you stay.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL
- ✅ Any order already shipped or in processing will still arrive — no further charges after that
- ✅ Future renewals are stopped immediately
- ✅ Your account, order history, and loyalty points remain saved
- ✅ You can restart your subscription anytime — no penalty, same benefits
Cancellation takes effect immediately for future orders. If your cancellation happens less than 24 hours before a scheduled renewal, that renewal may still process — see "Refunds" below.
OTHER WAYS TO MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You don't have to cancel completely. From the same account dashboard, you can:

IF YOU'RE CHARGED BY MISTAKE
If you intended to skip or cancel but were charged anyway, email us at support@mykoscience.com within 5 days of the charge. We'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If your payment method fails at renewal, we'll retry twice over the following days. If all attempts fail, your subscription is automatically paused (not cancelled) until you update your payment method.
REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
- Your first subscription order is covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee — see our Refund Policy.
- For renewal orders, if you were charged in error or want to cancel a recently-shipped order, contact us within 5 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
- Cancelling your subscription does not automatically refund a recent charge — these are separate requests. Just email us and we'll handle both.
REACTIVATING A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION
Changed your mind? You can restart your MYKO Protocol anytime from your account — your subscriber discount and benefits return immediately. Your order history and loyalty points are preserved for at least 12 months after cancellation.
